Eligibility Criteria (All Applicants must meet ALL of the following requirements to be eligible for participation):

Gender: Female (recognized as female both medically and legally in the United States)
Age: 18 to 27 years old
Marital Status: Single, never married
Education: At least a high school diploma or equivalent
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English
Ancestry: At least 25% Chinese ancestry
Citizenship: U.S. citizen or legal resident with valid documentation
Residency: Resides in Southern California, or currently enrolled in a college or university within this region
Legal Standing: No criminal record; no past or present felony charges or convictions
Parental Status: Must never have given birth, cannot be a parent or legal guardian of a minor or adult, and must not currently pregnant

Application Process (Please note that your application will not be processed until all required documents are submitted). To apply, please complete and submit the following materials online.

- A 300-word essay or a 2-minute video answering the question: Why do you want to participate in the Miss Los Angeles Chinatown Pageant?
- A copy of your driver’s license or DMV-issued identification.
- One high-quality 4" x 6" headshot photo (professional photography not required).
Application Fee
- A non-refundable fee of $50 is required at the time of submission. (The first ten applicants to the Miss Los Angeles Chinatown Pageant will receive a full scholarship covering the $50 application fee, thanks to the generosity of our sponsors).

Application Deadline: Now open through Friday, November 7, 2025.

Preliminary Interview: The in-person interview will be held on Sunday, November 9. You will be notified of your selection status as a contestant following the interview.

Pageant Overview:

Selected contestants must sign and agree to all terms stated in the Contestant Agreement. Failure to sign will be considered a voluntary withdrawal from the 2026 Miss Los Angeles Chinatown Pageant.
Contestants are required to attend all rehearsals, the photo session, the press conference, the pageant, and any other related activities.
Each contestant is responsible for covering the cost of her own attire and accessories for each segment of the show.
Rehearsals will be held on Sundays from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, beginning November 16, 2025, and continuing through February 8, 2026. Absences or tardiness will result in point deductions or disqualification.
All pageant scores and results are final.
Following the pageant, court members are required to participate in parades, press conferences, festivals, banquets, and any other community service activities scheduled and approved by the Chinese Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles. Absence from these events may affect the terms and conditions of your title.

Mandatory Appearances:

Press conference: Scheduled for December 2025. The exact date will be announced at a later time.
63rd Miss Los Angeles Chinatown Pageant: Sunday, February 8, 2026, at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites.
127th Golden Dragon Parade: Saturday, February 21, 2026, in Los Angeles Chinatown.
