Bonny was born and raised in South San Gabriel, California. She is a first-generation graduate of the University of California, Riverside, earning a bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2024. She currently works as a Real Estate Assistant, Property Manager, and Barista. While balancing multiple roles has been challenging, it has strengthened her time management skills, work ethic, and dedication. Through managing three distinct positions, Bonny has connected with diverse communities while developing strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to make effective decisions.

Looking ahead, Bonny plans to further her education by pursuing a master’s degree in Business Analytics. She aspires to build a career as a business analyst or become a successful real estate broker. In her free time, Bonny enjoys volunteering, swimming, shopping with her mother, and watching NBA games with her father.

Over the years, she has been honored with several awards, including the AYC May L. To Excellence Award for Volunteering, recognition from the 27th District of San Gabriel for Volunteer Service, the County of Los Angeles Volunteer AYC Recognition, and a Certificate of Recognition from the 49th District for her dedication to community service.

Bonny is deeply passionate about helping others, particularly within the Chinese community, where she values building meaningful connections and supporting those in need. As a Miss Los Angeles Chinatown contestant, she hopes to create a platform that advocates for Chinese and Asian communities by preserving culture and values, empowering youth, promoting leadership, and serving as a strong voice for her community.
