Natalie Chan is a 19-year-old sophomore at Pepperdine University pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, where she is developing a strong foundation in global markets, finance, and strategic decision-making. Natalie currently serves as an intern with Pepperdine University’s International Student Services Office, where she supports international students through administrative coordination, cross-cultural communication, and student engagement. Through this role, she has gained a deeper appreciation for cross-cultural understanding, service, and community connection.
Natalie aspires to pursue a career as a corporate finance analyst within a global luxury conglomerate, with the long-term goal of helping individuals and families make informed, responsible financial decisions. She is especially passionate about financial literacy and believes it is a vital life skill especially for women in order to empower independence, confidence, and long-term stability across generations.
Academically, Natalie is a recipient of numerous academic honors, consistently ranking at the top of her class, and is a proud recipient of the George Pepperdine Achievement Award, recognizing excellence in scholarship, leadership, and character. Outside of academics, Natalie is deeply committed to personal growth and holistic well-being. She enjoys Pilates, long walks, and reading, with a strong interest in self-improvement and financial education. Guided by her Christian faith, Natalie strives to lead with integrity and compassion. As a Miss Los Angeles Chinatown contestant, she is committed to inspiring young girls, honoring her community, and serving as a positive role model who encourages confidence, growth, and purpose.
