Tracy Wu

Born and raised in SoCal, Tracy Wu is a California native yet she has much broader perspectives and visions beyond the state she lives in. She earned her bachelor's degree in Business Economics, with a specialization in International Economics from the University of California, Irvine. Tracy had the unique opportunity to study abroad at Cambridge University in England. It was a truly enriching experience and a chance to fully immerse in a different culture, something that she enjoys as a valuable learning opportunity. She believes that it is critical to be open-minded and receptive to different cultural, religious and ethnic backgrounds and practices. Tracy is very proud of her own cultural heritage, and strives to learn more about it in order to educate and expand its acceptance in and beyond her community. As an active participant of the 2015 Project-by-Project Steering Committee, she helps tailor effective fundraising and awareness enhancement campaigns. The Project-by-Project Organization works with selected local organizations each year on issues relating to the Asian American community. In her leisure time, Tracy enjoys a wide variety of outdoors activities, including mountain hiking, snowboarding, and rock climbing.
