Chi Mei was born in Hong Kong and moved to Canada when she was only a few months old. Since the age of 5, she has lived all around the San Gabriel Valley and now resides in Anaheim. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Business Administrations with a concentration in Accounting in December of 2005 from California State University, Fullerton. She is now working as a Staff Accountant at a company that invests in low-income housing properties. In 2006, she will be studying for her CPA license and also applying to Pepperdine University to pursue her MBA. In addition, she will be studying on the side to become a wedding consultant because she feels it is a blessing to be a part of someone's special day. In the past, she has worked with children after school, because she believes that children are our future and being involved in their lives will help them become stronger people as they grow. In her spare time, she loves to read, travel, play the piano, sing, help others, shop, and spend time with loved ones. Chi Mei is the proud daughter of the So family.
