Alisa Soo Hoo was born in Bellflower and raised in Hacienda Heights. Alisa currently resides in Rosemead. With great interest in the arts, hair styling and make-up application, Alisa attended Citrus College and Fullerton College where she received her State Board License and Certification in Cosmetology. Alisa traveled and lived in Japan for a few months where she studied hair cutting and styling. She enhanced her skills having been employed as a hair and make-up artist for the Walt Disney Company, where she was instrumental in preparing performers for parades and performances. After a successful run with the Disney Company, she was employed with MAC Make-up. Soon after, Alisa took the position of manager and consultant for the Anastasia Brows Studio of Beverly Hills. She is currently employed by 18/8, an exclusive hair salon in Pasadena. Her future plans include traveling and eventually obtaining a vocational teaching credential in Cosmetology. Alisa is the only daughter and youngest child of Wellington and JoAnne SooHoo of Hacienda Heights.
